Breath Healing sessions

Breath healing sessions are FREE*

Timing: 6.00 am to 6.40 am for 25 days (Weekends included).

Program Commitments

  1. Attend all the sessions for 25 days (including weekends)
  2. Be on time for every session with the camera on
  3. Each session will be for 45 mins
  4. Do homework everyday evening and communicate in your group

If any commitments are missed, the commitment fee will go towards the Guru Kula project for the education of poor children.
