Breath Healing sessions
Breath healing sessions are FREE*
Timing: 6.00 am to 6.40 am for 25 days (Weekends included).
Program Commitments
- Attend all the sessions for 25 days (including weekends)
- Be on time for every session with the camera on
- Each session will be for 45 mins
- Do homework everyday evening and communicate in your group
If any commitments are missed, the commitment fee will go towards the Guru Kula project for the education of poor children.
