There is improvement in my breathing, every summer I used to suffer with hay fever. To my surprise this year I managed till now without tablets and no hay fever. Now I am confident that if I continue the practice I will get more benefits.– Devi
After these 31 days of practice, I feel: 1. Very calm and peaceful 2. My mind unconsciously follows my breath during the day, like when Iām cooking. 3. My migraine has gone down 4. I learnt a lot about my body and how important the deep breathing is. These 31 days journey with all of you is fabulous and great learning in my life. I am suffering from sinus, running nose, continuous headaches, sleeping disorders and severe stress due to all these from past 4.5 years.
